Information on Personal Data Processing

We kindly inform you that M Industrial Service Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., with its registered office at Ignacego Paderewskiego 34/72, 85-075 Bydgoszcz, registered under KRS number 0000203017, NIP PL953-278-15-63 (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “Administrator”) processes your personal data within the meaning of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

In order to fulfill the information obligation specified in Article 14 of the GDPR, we inform you that:

3. The Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

4. Your personal data is processed for purposes related to the maintenance of the Administrator’s website, including ensuring the best possible functioning of the website.

5. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), in the form of ensuring the availability of the website, improving the quality of services, and other activities related to the functioning of the website, in particular analyzing visitor statistics.

6. The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing services to the Administrator related to the maintenance and operation of the website, and analyzing visitor statistics.

7. Your personal data may be transferred to third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to international organizations, but only to entities that provide adequate safeguards and guarantee the rights of data subjects and effective legal protection measures.

8. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in point 4.

9. You have the right to:

   • request access to your personal data from the Administrator,
   • request the rectification of your personal data from the Administrator,
   • request the deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data from the Administrator,
   • object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes,
   • object to profiling to the extent that the processing is related to direct marketing,
   • withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data,
   • file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. We inform you that your personal data is primarily obtained from service providers providing services related to the fulfillment of the Administrator’s objectives (e.g., Google Analytics), as well as through tools and services provided by social media platforms (e.g., Facebook). Some data and information is also obtained directly from your activity on the Administrator’s website.
